Things to Do in the Area
The Trigg County Historical and Preservation Museum on Jefferson Street (right behind the TC Justice Center) is Open Saturday 10am – 4pm. If you have a group and would like a special tour call David Shore 270-522-3975. They are currently featuring a display of some of your favorite businesses that were the lifeblood of our community. If you would like to put a display of a business your family owned contact David Shore or Bob Brame.
Food Drive – Helping Hands is working with Kindred at Home and Kindred Hospice. Non-perishable items are requested. Donated items are collected at the end of the month at Helping Hands. Your donations are appreciated.
Tickets for the 2017 Dining with the Dearly Departed are on sale. This year’s show will be held at Canton in a tent between the church and the old hotel. Friday is SOLD OUT and there are only a few tickets left for Saturday night and a few for Saturday afternoon. Call 270-522-9056 now to get your tickets. September 15 – 16.
