Gala Of Tables- Trigg Co Schools

Event: Monday, August 8 at 8am – Register NOW
Excitement about the opening of school is highlighted by the staff’s excitement about the “Gala of Tables”.  Your commitment to our staff and students is expressed in the beautiful, creative tables that flood our cafeteria on the opening day of school. Your contributions to this special event continue to be a topic of discussion each year.
This year’s event will take place on Monday, August 8 at 8am in the Trigg County Schools Cafeteria.
How will the “Gala of Tables” work this year? You choose to sponsor a table/classroom and consider these suggestions:

• A gift and/pr your business items for each person (could be male or female, bus drivers, custodial, food service) for your group of 6.  $5 to $10 per person is our suggested limit so that it is fair for all.
• Choose a theme to decorate your space. There is no overall theme for the event and that is what makes it so unique.

Please complete the enclosed form to reserve your space and reply as soon as possible.  If we do not receive your form, a phone call or an email from you, we will follow up with a phone call just to make sure things weren’t misplaced.  Thank you so much for your continued support of our staff and schools.

You make this event so special. You create beautiful tables and share and support our staff from the custodial team, to bus drivers, to the maintenance team, to the food service team, to the support team, and the team of teachers.

Each one of these employees touches the lives of our students every single day and you make their first “day” a wonderful way to start the school year.
