Greetings!!
We hope this letter finds you well! The Janice Mason Art Museum would like to extend a letter of invitation to you, your business, or your organization to participate in the 2023 Festival of Trees!
Christmas is quickly approaching and we are looking forward to having several trees this year! The Festival of Trees is visited by hundreds of people and it is a great opportunity for your organization to be recognized. The galleries will be open to our supporters to bring, set up, and decorate a tree to display during the month of December. We do ask that those who display a tree bring 4 dozen cookies for official opening the night of the Christmas Parade!
Tuesday, November 28^th, 9am to 4pm – Begin set up
Wednesday, November 29^th & Thursday, November 30^th, 10am-4pm – Set up continues
Friday, December 1^st – Museum cleaning day.
 
Saturday, December 2^nd, 4-6pm – Festival of Trees Reception & Opening
Saturday, December 2^nd, 4-5:30pm – Ornament Making in the Basement Classroom, All ages welcome …FREE
Tuesday, January 2^nd & Wednesday, January 3^rd, 10am-4pm – TREE REMOVAL
Once again, this year we would love to have our members and those who would like to support the Cadiz Community Arts Center donate a unique ornament or art piece (painted, 2D or 3D) for our Silent Auction. Proceeds from the auction will go to support the Janice Mason Art Museum. These items will be open for bids beginning on the opening night of the exhibit and finalized on Friday, December 15th^th at 2pm. All bids must be placed in person. Auction Bid Winners will be notified that afternoon to pick up your item.
Let us know if you plan to participate so we can begin to prepare for this extraordinary event! If you have any questions, do not hesitate to call us at 270-522-9056. We can’t wait for the galleries to be crowded with cheer!  Thanks so much for your continued support of the Janice Mason Art Museum.

Set up trees:  November 28-30.
Please bring 4 dozen baked or store-bought cookies for the reception.  The attendance continues to grow!!  The cookies can be brought anytime between November 28 – December 2.
Take down is January 2 & 3, 2024.  Time:  10-4 each day.  We are not able to store the trees and must have them removed by 4pm on the 3^rd for the next exhibit.
