“In Honor and Remembrance”

This Friday night, WoodmenLife, Chapter 20, will present an “In Honor and Remembrance” ceremony during the Pregame at the Trigg Co-Russellville high school football game.  A very large American Flag will be unfurled on the field by cheerleaders from both schools, Scout Troop 57, American Heritage Girls Troop 146, Trail Life USA Troop 146, members of American Legion Post 74, members of VFW 7890 and members of Chapter 20, WoodmenLife (and possibly more).  A brief review of the events of September 11, 2001, 22-years ago this coming Monday will be presented along with a Moment of Silence for all lost that day plus members of our military, killed and wounded, during the past 22 years while battling terrorism around the world.
