According to the citation report, the Christian County Sheriff's Office received a complaint at 4:25 Friday afternoon on Justin Lane about horses being on the property not being taken care of. When the deputy arrived he reported there were four adult horses and two miniature ponies with no food, no water and no shelter for them to get into due to the weather. Several of the horses reportedly had harness marks on their heads and faces where the deputy stated the harnesses had been left on too long, and he added the ponies were in the same condition. The deputy indicates all the adult horses appeared to be under fed. The deputy also stated this is not the first complaint the sheriff's department has received on these animals.
Moss officially filed his paperwork with the Christian County Clerk's Office on December 20th to run as a Republican for the Ward 6 seat.
