A retired Hopkinsville Police officer will officially announce his candidacy later this week. Chuck Inman told the News Edge Saturday he has scheduled a campaign announcement Friday, January 19, at 6:30 at Dukes Bar and Grill on the Fort Campbell Boulevard in Hopkinsville.
Inman says he knows there will be some challenges, but promises that he will make a difference.
Inman previously ran against Christian County Sheriff Livy Leavell during some of his past re-election bids.
