Hit And Run Leads To Princeton Meth Trafficking Arrest

A Caldwell County man was arrested on DUI and drug trafficking charges after a hit and run collision at Walmart Sunday afternoon.

Princeton Police Chief Chris King reports officers responded to Walmart at 12:51pm and then located the vehicle involved at Tractor Supply. He says officers determined the driver, 57-year old Curtis Stallins of Princeton, was under the influence. During a search, police reportedly found drugs on Stallins.

Stallins was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail charged with Leaving the Scene of an Accident, DUI, 1st Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), 1st Degree Trafficking in a Controlled Substance (Less than 2 grams of Meth), Possession of Marijuana, and 1st Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance (Drug Unspecified).
