Trigg County residents will have a new option for properly disposing of worn and tattered American Flags. Trigg County Judge Executive Hollis Alexander says there is now a flag disposal box located inside the courthouse annex.

Alexander says several people have asked about the proper location to dispose of American flags.

Flags deposited in the box at the courthouse annex need to be respectfully folded before being placed in the box. The box will be located in the front lobby of the annex at 38 Main Street in downtown Cadiz.
