Two Clarksville residents on a motorcycle were injured in a wreck on Walnut Street in Hopkinsville Sunday afternoon.
Police say the accident occurred when Joyce Burse was backing out of her driveway at 1704 Walnut Street and the operator of the motorcycle, 28-year old Ryan Ogden, said he had to drop his motorcycle to avoid a collision. Burse reportedly told police she didn’t see the motorcycle when she was backing up.
Ogden and his passenger, 25-year old Jordan Nath of Clarksville were transported by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for treatment. Police indicate Ogden may have dislocated his shoulder and Nath had multiple abrasions.
