The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office recently saved a dog’s life.
A Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office social media post says they received a call about a dog being stuck in a drainage culvert. When they arrived on scene there was a very distraught 9-year-old girl, who was worried about the dog. Sheriff Deputies Wright, Bowles, and Lynch went to work using a metal rod and their hands to free the dog. After 30 minutes of digging, the dog was free and moving around. The dog was uninjured in the incident.
