5 Hopkinsville Residents Arrested For Shoplifting In Clarksville

Five Hopkinsville residents were charged in connection to felony shoplifting in Clarksville over the weekend.

Clarksville Police spokesman Jim Knoll says officers were called to a business in the 2800 block of Wilma Rudolph Boulevard around 9:00 Saturday night regarding four females shoplifting and exiting the store with over $1,000 in merchandise. Upon arrival, officers stopped the driver of a vehicle, 20-year old Devontae Greenwade, who had arrived to pick up the shoplifters.

Vivica Gee

Police arrested and charged 23-year old Tashyra Harris, 19-year old Ermeka Acree, and 18-year old Corleyshia Trice with Theft of Property. 21-year old Vivica Gee was charged with Theft of Property and Evading Arrest, and Greenwade was charged with Accessory After the Fact. They were booked into the Montgomery County Jail.
