Trigg Leadership Class Learning Behind The Scenes

 

The members of the 2018 Leadership Trigg Class say they are enjoying learning more about the different facets of Cadiz and Trigg County. Class members joined Alan Watts and Cindy Allen on the WKDZ Country Club Thursday, December 6, to discuss the class and learn about the broadcasting and media business.

Lisa Sumner, who works for Trigg County Farm Bureau Insurance, says being able to learn more about her home community has been special.

Karen Ladd, who works at the Pennyrile Electric headquarters in Hopkinsville, said she wanted to learn more about her home community.

FNB Bank Market President Kyle Hensley said seeing what goes on behind the scenes in the community is a real benefit.

The class members say they plan to assist the Trigg County Senior Citizens Center by raising funds to make up for some of the funding cuts that are affecting services.
