Kentucky State Police say alcohol is believed to be a factor in a fatal two-vehicle wreck in Graves County Monday night.

Public Affairs Officer Trooper Jay Thomas reports troopers were dispatched to the crash around 6:00 p.m. at the intersection of KY 408 and Meridian Road. He says a preliminary investigation showed 41-year old Kevin Bond of Hickory was traveling north on Meridian Road when he failed to stop at the intersection for an unknown reason and collided with a pickup truck driven by 32-year old Jason Wilson of Fancy Farm. Trooper Thomas says Bond, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Graves County Coroner. Wilson was uninjured.

A KSP Collision Reconstructionist is continuing to investigate the fatal wreck.
