Two people, including a Crime Stoppers fugitive, were arrested on Gospel Peace Road in Christian County Wednesday.
Christian County Sheriff’s Detective Captain Chris Miller reports deputies were in the 2000 block of Gospel Peace Road trying to find Crime Stoppers fugitive, 24-year old Megan Thomas, who was featured this week and wanted for bond revocation. Deputies reportedly located Thomas in a vehicle with 31-year old James Matthew Smith behind a residence in that area, hidden from the road. Both subjects were taken into custody.
Thomas and Smith were booked into the Christian County Jail. Thomas is charged with probation violation for felony offenses, and Smith was charged with second degree hindering prosecution or apprehension.
