Individuals arrested for drug trafficking, wanton endangerment and assault charges were among indictments returned by the Christian County Grand Jury Friday.
The grand jury indicted 34-year old Paul Dean Bromley, Jr. of Woodlawn, Tennessee on numerous charges including four counts of wanton endangerment, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, first-degree unlawful imprisonment, possession of meth and marijuana while armed and other offenses. The charges stem from a disturbance involving a gun in the 200 block of Tyler Street in the early morning hours of October 19. Oak Grove Police reported when officers arrived on the scene victims stated Bromley was waving a gun and had put it to one of the victims head. He then allegedly grabbed a female victim by the throat and threw her on a mattress. During a search, police reportedly found a loaded handgun, a small baggy of suspected marijuana, along with crushed pills and another baggy containing an unknown crystal substance, syringes, and other paraphernalia. Bromley was arrested and lodged in the Christian County Jail.
29-year old Kevin Gilmore was indicted on multiple charges including trafficking cocaine and heroin, first degree wanton endangerment of a police officer, two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, fleeing and evading police on foot and in a motor vehicle, and numerous other charges. Gilmore was arrested by Kentucky State Police on October 17 after a pursuit in Christian County began on U.S. 41 and continued onto the Dr. Martin Luther King bypass and then Fort Campbell Boulevard troopers reported he crashed into a vehicle. Gilmore reportedly tried to flee on foot but was apprehended by state police. He was lodged in the Christian County Jail.
And 27-year old Blake Alexander Butler of Indianapolis was indicted for second-degree assault and first-degree wanton endangerment. On September 9, according to the arrest warrant, a female victim stated Butler endangered the welfare of their infant son by grabbing him from her arms and throwing the infant on the couch. Bulter then allegedly assaulted the mother of his child by punching her in the face and choking her, causing physical injuries including a broken nose. Butler was arrested on October 10 and lodged in the Christian County Jail.
