A woman was injured when her vehicle hit a truck on Princeton Road Friday morning.
According to Christian County deputies, 66-year-old Patricia Jenkins of Cerulean, was eastbound on Princeton Road shortly after 7:00 am when a truck in front of her, driven by 38-year-old Elizabeth Swanson of Princeton, attempted to turn onto Ridge Hill Way. Jenkins collided with the back of Swanson’s truck.
Jenkins was taken to Jennie Stuart Medical Center by ambulance for cuts to her hands.
The accident blocked traffic on Princeton Road near the intersection of Ridge Hill Way while emergency officials cleared the scene.
