A Crittenden County Deputy Jailer was charged with second-degree official misconduct, harassment and third-degree sexual abuse stemming from a November 1st report.
According to a Kentucky State Police report, 51-year-old Shannon Lain of Marion was charged after a complaint of inappropriately touching another employee on November 1st.
All three charges are misdemeanors, according to the report.
