Four People Indicted In Hickory Smokehouse Road Theft

The Christian County Grand Jury indicted four individuals in connection to a theft in which $150,000 was taken from a building on Hickory Smokehouse Road in January.

46-year old Lauren Wallace of Hopkinsville, 44-year old Cole Duncan of Cadiz, and 37-year old Jessica Luttrell of Crofton were indicted on charges of theft by unlawful taking over $10,000 and third-degree burglary. Wallace was additionally indicted on a charge of fraudulent use of a credit card under $10,000, while Luttrell was also indicted on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. 47-year old Raul Nieves was indicted for complicity to theft by unlawful taking over $10,000 and third-degree complicity to burglary.

 

According to the arrest warrant, Nieves was waiting in the car while the other three individuals entered an unlocked building on January 1, dug up a safe, and took over $150,000 in cash and jewelry. Police stated Wallace was the ex-girlfriend of the victim who knew the location of the safe. When a search warrant was executed at Luttrell’s home on Old Fruit Hill Road in Crofton, deputies reportedly found a small black bag containing two syringes, a straw and multiple small plastic baggies that contained glass pipes a spoon with residue and other drug paraphernalia.

Denzel Stewart

The grand jury also indicted 53-year old Denzel John Stewart of Russellville on a first degree stalking charge. The arrest warrant says the female victim stated that from December 1 through December 4, 2018, Stewart used social media to obtain photographs of her and then reposted them on his Facebook page along with comments and statements. The warrant says the victim has a domestic violence protective order against Stewart, as well as other court orders of no contact, causing the victim to be in reasonable fear of sexual contact, serious physical injury or death.

And Brian Kraemer was indicted on 30 counts of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor stemming from December 13, 201,6 when 30 pictures and/or video files were allegedly found on his personal computer. (No picture available)
