A man was shot in Hopkinsville on Hancock Street near the intersection with Hazel Street Sunday morning.
Hopkinsville Police Lt. Adam Smith told the News Edge at the scene the shooting occurred around 10:00. Lt. Smith says the man’s injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
Three vehicles were hit, with more than 10 shell casings found in the area of the shooting. Police blocked off the area while they continued to investigate the shooting. No arrest has been made.
