A three-vehicle wreck on US 68 in Auburn injured two people including an Elkton woman Tuesday night.
According to a Logan County Sheriff’s Office report, Ty Burchett of Auburn hit a van driven by Patrick Sullivan of Glenside, Pennsylvania who was westbound in the eastbound lane with no headlights on, causing Burchett’s truck to overturn.
A third vehicle driven by Chellsea Bell of Elkton was eastbound when she hit Burchett’s truck.
Burchett and Bell were taken to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for non-life-threatening injuries.
Sullivan is charged with DUI, two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment and two counts of first-degree assault.
