A Hopkinsville man was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia Sunday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police report 31-year-old Christopher Edmondson was stopped on North McPherson Avenue after leaving a location known for narcotics and was found to have a gum container with a crystal substance that tested positive for methamphetamine inside.
