Police were called to the area of Durrett Avenue for a report of shots fired just before 8 p.m. Sunday night.
Hopkinsville Police Lt. Adam Smith said they found 10 shell casings in the roadway at the intersection of Durrett Avenue and McHenry Street.
Shortly after clearing the Durrett Avenue area, police were called to Broad Street for a woman who said she was in the area of Durrett Avenue when her car was shot multiple times.
No one was injured in the shooting.
