A Hopkinsville man was charged with possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia Wednesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 33-year-old Zebadiah Baggett was found at 1007 East 9th Street and arrested on two warrants for failure to appear on traffic violations.
During the arrest, police reportedly found heroin, needles, and scales in the home.
Baggett is lodged in the Christian County Jail.
