A Lexington man was charged with carrying a concealed deadly weapon and arrested on a warrant for third-degree terroristic threatening after a music video was posted online.
Hopkinsville Police say they stopped 19-year-old Javea Richardson on East 9th Street Friday night for active warrants and found a handgun under the seat and a rifle in the car.
Richardson was also arrested on a warrant for terroristic threatening after a music video posted on social media allegedly refers to him shooting and killing Tarvous Haskins.
The music video was posted before April 13th when Tarvous Haskins was shot at on Mckee Street and his brother Antonio Haskins was shot at on April 21st.
Neither men were injured in the shootings.
