A Hopkinsville man was arrested after deputies say he fled from them on Greenville Road Tuesday morning.
Christian County Sheriff’s Deputies say 38-year-old Gary Douthitt was stopped after a report of a man staggering as he walked on Greenville Road.
Douthitt reportedly fled on foot after deputies asked for his name and was found to have meth and a pipe in his pocket.
Douthitt was charged with first-degree possession of meth, second-degree fleeing or evading police, and resisting arrest.
