Over 300 students were presented with diplomas during Christian County High Schools graduation Friday evening.
The commencement address was provided by Senior Guidance Counselor Tammy Hightower, who started working with the students four years ago. She thanked the class for making her feel welcome when they were both considered newbies.
She spelled out what the students need to do in their life to be successful.

The Valedictorian was Emily Blane and Salutatorian was Gracie Garrett.
During the ceremony, Nydarian Bussell was honored. Bussell passed away four years ago, with his mother and sister accepting an honorary diploma.
The graduation ceremony was held at the Stadium of Champions.
