A Princeton teen is facing an assault charge after an alleged argument with his mother turned violent Friday morning.
According to the Princeton Police Department, officers responded to a domestic dispute shortly after 9:30 on North Jefferson Street. When officers arrived, they found the victim, 41-year old Amanda Eison in the front yard. Eison told officers her son, 19-year old Xavier Eison had struck her in the head with a frying pan and stabbed her several times with two knives.
The victim reportedly had severe lacerations to her face, neck, leg, and hands and was transported to Baptist Health in Paducah by Caldwell County EMS. Xavier is charged with 1st-degree assault – domestic violence and was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
