Two events will take place in downtown Hopkinsville Friday night to bring lots of fun for families.
Parks and Recreation Superintendent Tab Brockman tells the News Edge the second annual Squealin’ on the Square competition will take place and will give ten teams a chance to cook up delicious food.
Judges will hand out awards shortly after 5:00.
In addition to the competition, another session of Friday’s at 5 will take place with a band from western Kentucky.
Both events will take place at Founder’s Square at the intersection of North Main and West 9th streets.
