The 9th Annual Kelly Little Green Men Days will be back next month with an exciting lineup of events for the whole family.
Event organizer Frank Brown spoke with the News Edge to talk about all the new guests and events coming to this year’s festival in Kelly, which will be held August 16th-17th.
He says they will be having a gospel music concert Friday night at 6:00 featuring the band Still Water.
Saturday night they will have a tribute to the Little Green Men opening the show at 6:00, then an old favorite returning for a country show starting at 7:00.
Brown adds the author of Alien Legacy will be telling the Kelly Green Men story Friday and Saturday.
New to the festival this year will be nine carnival rides, various games, and concessions. They will also have the flying saucer, karaoke Saturday night, and the Galaxy of Heroes at the event Saturday for a meet and greet. The festival is located at 7490 Old Madisonville Road in Kelly, north of Hopkinsville. For a complete event lineup check out their website.
