A Celebration of Life service for 55-year old Jeffrey “Jeff” Paul Farmer of Hopkinsville will be at Sunday afternoon, July 28, at 3:00 at New Covenant of Grace Ministries Church on West 7th Street in Hopkinsville.
Visitation will begin Sunday afternoon at 2:00 at the church.
Christian Cremation and Funeral Care in Hopkinsville is in charge of arrangements.
