Thanks to community support, Helping Hands of Trigg County will be able to take several children shopping next week to purchase school supplies.
Helping Hands Co-Chair K. G. Ariagno tells the News Edge they raised $9,000 and will be able to help around 90 children get the basics needed for school.
She adds there are multiple ways to donate if you were unable to Thursday afternoon.
Donations can also be mailed to Helping Hands; P.O. Box 1508; Cadiz, Kentucky 42211.
