Not only did the 14th annual Back To Back Foundation show bring a record crowd to the James E. Bruce Convention Center Saturday night, the show also set a record for fundraising.
The Back To Back Foundation announced Sunday afternoon the 2019 show raised $101,000. There were more than 1300 people that attended the concert.
Organization founder Brice Long tells the News Edge the night was great.
He adds it was a blessing to have country music star Steve Wariner perform.
Back To Back helps families in need around the Christmas holiday in Christian, Trigg, and Todd counties.
Among Wariner and Long, songwriters Deric Ruttan and Phil O’Donnell, and upcoming country artist Dillon Carmichael also took to the stage to share songs they had written.
