A Hopkinsville man was charged with DUI and failure to appear on prior DUI charges after a wreck on Glass Avenue Monday night.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called to Glass Avenue in front of Christian County High School for a wreck with an overturned vehicle and found and an Oak Grove Officer out with the driver 27-year-old Shawn Duncan.
Duncan reportedly told police a deer had run in front of his vehicle and made him crash.
Police say Duncan’s eyes were bloodshot and he was unsteady on his feet. He is charged with DUI second offense.
