Deputies have released the name of a woman who was flown to a Nashville hospital after a crash on Lafayette Road Monday night.
Christian County Sheriff’s Deputy Brandon Myers said 24-year-old Tabitha Snell of Crofton was southbound in the area of Locust Grove Road when her car hit the guardrail on both sides of the road multiple times before running off the road and hitting a tree.
Several beer cans were reportedly seen by witnesses as they were getting her out of the car before it was fully engulfed in flames.
She was taken by ambulance to a waiting helicopter that flew her to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville for leg injuries.
