Two separate wrecks in Trigg County sent the drivers of motorcycles to the hospital Saturday afternoon.
Trigg County Sheriff’s Deputy Mikka Weaks said 55-year-old Tracy Turner of Gracey was westbound on Old Canton Pike near Old Dover Road when the motorcycle he was riding hit a deer.
Turner was taken to Trigg County Hospital by ambulance for road rash on his arms.
In a separate wreck, a man was injured when he crashed his motorcycle at Higgins Bay.
The man, whose name has not been released was transported to an area hospital by helicopter.
No other information on the crash at Higgins Bay has been released.
