HCC Community Fall Fest Scheduled For October 25

The public is invited to attend the Hopkinsville Community College 3rd annual Community Fall Fest to be held later this month.

According to HCC officials, the campus will be open for the public to enjoy trick-or-treating along with a full schedule of free activities including free hot dogs to the first 1,500 visitors, face painting, games and activities, a photo booth, a professional music DJ, and much more. In addition, magic shows will be held that afternoon in the Riley Lecture Hall from 4:30 until 6:00.

During last year’s event, college officials say they had over 1,000 visitors on campus and more than 30 booths, which included college departments and community partners. HCC officials are encouraging participants to wear costumes, but leave any toy weapons at home to help promote safety.

The event will be held, rain or shine, Friday afternoon, October 25, from 4:00 until 7:00. Officials indicate booth participants and activities continue to be added. For more information, call (270) 707-3802.
