Paula Anderson is hosting a Chicken Fajita Salad Fundraiser for the Trigg County Hospital Auxiliary in early November and is accepting orders now.
Anderson is well-known as the owner of Paragon Pizza & Subs in Trigg County from 1999 until 2007.
Auxiliary member Lorna Pavon tells the News Edge the salads are $8 each and orders must be turned in by Friday, November 1.
Pavon adds the salads will be made Wednesday, November 6 at the Way Christian Youth Center in Cadiz.
