Families throughout the surrounding area are being invited to attend West Kentucky 4-H Camp’s Cloverfest for some family-friendly fall and Halloween fun this weekend.
Caldwell County 4-H Agent Rhonda Jewell says that the event will be held Saturday, October 26th and Sunday, October 27th from 11 AM to 5 PM at the 4-H Camp in Dawson Springs. She adds that activities include a pumpkin patch, hayrides, face painting, concessions, games, dances, and so much more.
Jewell notes that events throughout the day are for all ages but for those looking for a bit more spooky for their Halloween can attend Cloverfest’s Haunted Hayride from 7 to 10:30 PM Saturday and Sunday night. The hayride is recommended for those ages ten and over and all youth under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
She expresses that admission for the Cloverfest is $5 per person or $25 per carload, with admission to the Haunted Hayride $8 per person, but all proceeds will go to support the West Kentucky 4-H Camp Improvement Committee and improvements within the camp.
