Trigg County Sheriff Jason Barnes is asking the community for assistance in locating people who are wanted by the department.
Barnes tells the News Edge dispatcher Theresa Latham hit a deer Saturday night and while assessing the damage to her vehicle was hit by a passing pick-up truck.
Barnes adds the truck was a 1990’s black Ford and the incident happened in the Rockcastle area.
In addition, authorities are looking for those responsible, who have been disturbing residents along Rockcastle Road.

Additionally, Barnes notes Friday is the last day he will be accepting applications for a full-time deputy.
The Trigg County Sheriff’s office is located at 134 Commerce Street in Cadiz and is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM.
