A Princeton resident who is representing the small town on the national stage made it through the first cut of the Food Network’s brand new holiday baking show, Holiday Wars.
Cathy Lewis, owner of Cathy’s Confections, says that she had just as much fun as everyone else watching the first episode Sunday night.
She adds that while there’s still tension between team members, she believes they work the best together.
Lewis expresses that her favorite moment from the show was paying homage to her Kentucky roots.
She notes that the Kentucky bourbon cookies will be available for purchase soon.

Lewis does admit that she also had a freak-out moment that wasn’t aired during the show.
