Two Cadiz residents are the winners in the first Trigg County Bicentennial Pin Collection Contest.
Cadiz-Trigg County Tourism Executive Director Bill Stevens reports the child winner was Cara Terrell. She is the daughter to Bugs and Nicole Terrell and won an all-day events package for her family and friends at Prizer Point Marina.
Stevens notes Tracey Lawrence was deemed the adult winner. Lawrence won a weekend stay at Lake Barkley State Resort Park and a dinner for two.
More contests will be coming up later this year, according to Stevens, with more than twenty businesses, groups, and organizations planning to release pins soon.
