Finances Continuing To Improve At Trigg County Hospital

The financial picture for Trigg County Hospital for January continues to show improvements.

CFO Don Michaels told the board of trustees last week outpatient volumes show an increase in every department.

He adds they are continuing to pay off their debts and that revenues are up.

In other news, CEO John Sumner says they hosted a health fair at Kentucky Machine and Engineering on Thursday.

Sumner adds they are increasing their advertising for outpatient physical therapy, as patient numbers have been decreasing. He notes a majority of the decline is attributed to the public not knowing they offer those services.
