A Trigg County man who walked through school property Tuesday was arrested on a Daviess County bench warrant.
Trigg County Schools Superintendent Bill Thorpe tells the News Edge when the man walked through school property he interacted with some students on the playground.
Thorpe adds there were no inappropriate interactions with the students.
According to an arrest report from the Cadiz Police Department, 26-year old Christopher Herndon of Cadiz was wanted for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines. The report indicates he was arrested around 12:20 Tuesday afternoon on the walking trail adjacent to school property.
