University Heights Academy had five upper school robotics teams that competed during the weekend in Paducah at the Robot Challenge Extreme regionals.
The school reports the team consisting of Rohan Desai, Zach Wilson, Zohaib Iqbal, and Caleb Johnson won the Outstanding Teamwork Award and placed 2nd overall. They will advance to the state competition in Lexington in April.
They add the team of Karrigan Rogers, Mia Litchfield, and Lilian Bruce won Outstanding Robot Design.
