Another positive COVID-19 case has been confirmed in Lyon County.
According to a social media post by Judge-Executive Wade White, a 76-year old male is self-isolated at home and receiving care for symptoms from his primary physician.
Judge White says the Pennyrile District Health Department has reported they have concluded the contact investigation and made contact with those who may or may not need to isolate themselves.
Judge White announced late Tuesday night the county’s second positive coronavirus case was a 97-year old female, who was a resident a River’s Bend Nursing Home and had been hospitalized on March 29.
Judge White reminds everyone to continue social distancing.
