Police are asking for the public’s help to identify the owner of a car that was almost hit by a train in downtown Hopkinsville on April 6th.
Kentucky State Police say the driver of a four-door passenger car illegally passed a vehicle on East 9th Street and crossed the railroad tracks with a train approaching.
