The Christian County Health Department reported two new cases of COVID-19 Monday afternoon.
Spokesperson Amanda Sweeney says the county total now sits at 93 who have tested positive for the virus. Of the 93 cases, 27 remain active and 63 people have fully recovered. This marks the first time since April 18 that the number of active cases has risen.
Fifteen of the active cases are among young to middle-aged adults, ten in the other adult category (60-84), and two in the pediatric category (0-21).
