A Hopkinsville man was arrested on a warrant for second-degree burglary at a home on East 18th Street Thursday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say 32-year-old James Latham was seen March 7th on camera knocking on the door of a home then breaking the bathroom window out to crawl into the home.
Latham reportedly took electronics, audio equipment, and medication valued at $300. He reportedly disconnected the wires to the camera but did not remove the memory chip.
