A Hopkinsville man was arrested after a burglary on East 9th Street Wednesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 45-year-old Christopher Davis entered Atmos Energy and took several tools along with a Samsung tablet with a total value of $8,000.
He was reportedly stopped for a traffic violation in the area of West 7th Street and found to have the stolen items. He was arrested and charged with third-degree burglary, possession of marijuana, and driving on a DUI suspended license.
Davis was also cited for not having insurance or registration plates.
