Police have released the name of a Hopkinsville woman that was injured in a wreck on Eagle Way Monday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 72-year-old Carolyn McGhee was turning around to go westbound after talking with a police officer on Eagle Way.
McGhee pulled into the path of an eastbound mobile crane driven by 47-year-old Norman Plummer of Hopkinsville.
McGhee was flown from the scene to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville with severe injuries.
Two other passengers in McGhee’s car 52-year-old Pamela McGhee and a teenager were all treated at the scene for what police say are minor injuries.
The wreck happened just before 11 am.
